Hello there, I am
Andrey Denissyuk (Evbishop)
Unity Developer

Developing games has been my job for the last 3 years! I am skilled in designing and implementing gameplay mechanics, writing netcode, and optimizing performance for a smooth user experience. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow as a developer and work on innovative projects.

Gatekeeper
Gatekeeper is a fast-paced rogue-like. Go on a quest to find the stolen Heart of the Universe and shoot your way through the hordes of machine enemies guarding the planetary gates. Play solo or in 4 people co-op and become the next Guardian!
My tasks included:
  • Designing multiplayer architecture;
  • Implementing online co-op multiplayer;
  • Optimizing performance (code, network, rendering, UI, pooling, resource loading and management);
  • Implementing Epic Online Services and Steamworks;
  • Developing new game mechanics and logic.
Warmongers
Choose one of the heroes with their unique armies and go to war against the rest! Make the most of limited resources, explore foreign lands and show your skills in turn-based battles.
I was the primary developer for this project.
I designed and implemented nearly all of the game's systems and overall architecture, which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Turn-based, Darkest Dungeon-like combat;
  • Game's economy;
  • Overland maps and progression between them;
  • Army management;
  • Meta progression.
Decent Checkers
Checkers is a timeless classic, steeped in rich history. This release supports 4 rulesets and includes PvE, PvP, and puzzle modes. From the casual checkers enthusiast to the competitive master, this game is sure to provide hours of entertainment and mental stimulation.
I was the primary and the only developer for this project.
I have designed and developed everything that was required for a released commercial product, including things like:
  • Steamworks API;
  • Online multiplayer using Mirror;
  • PVE combat against a self-written AI with multiple difficulties;
  • Puzzle mode;
  • Support of multiple rulesets for the game;
  • UI, animations, visuals, music, settings, saves, controller support and so on.
